Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish platform-specific content (short-form videos,



posts, stories, and reels) that showcases TrueFan AI’s products, customer success stories, and thought leadership. Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into engaging narratives, and adapting content formats for channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X. The role involves monitoring trends, experimenting with new formats, optimizing content using performance insights, and engaging with online communities to build brand awareness and drive audience growth.

Qualifications
- Content creation and storytelling skills, including social media copywriting and visual narrative development.
- Experience in short-form video ideation, scripting, and coordination with design or production teams.
