Summary

Role Focus: Senior UI/UX / Product Design for enterprise web and responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, accessible, user-centered UI/UX experiences across web, mobile, desktop and tablet.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries and reusable UI patterns.
- Apply accessibility, responsive design, usability and human-centered design principles.
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, usability studies and stakeholder workshops.
- Create personas, empathy maps, customer journeys, sitemaps and information architectures.
- Perform usability testing and use behavioral data to continuously improve product experiences.
- Leverage Product Analytics / RUM tools such as PostHog, Google Analytics or Hotjar.




- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Business Analysts and stakeholders in Agile environments.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and translated into scalable UI components.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX standards and best practices.

Mandatory / Core Skills

UI/UX Design, Figma, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Research, Usability Testing, Information Architecture, Responsive Design, Accessibility, Design Systems, Component Libraries, Visual Design, Journey Mapping, Agile, Cross-functional Collaboration.

Strongly Preferred Skills
- Enterprise / SaaS product design
- P&C; (Property & Casualty) insurance domain – strongly preferred
- PostHog / RUM / Product Analytics
- Accessibility compliance
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/component-based frameworks
- Enterprise design systems
