We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Art Director / Creative Lead who can transform business objectives, briefs, and ideas into high-impact, visually compelling creative communication. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with advertising/creative agencies, understand industry-standard creative practices, and have the ability to take a concept from idea visual direction creative execution.

This role requires someone who is not only an excellent visual thinker but also understands brands, audiences, competitors, and communication strategy.

Must-Have Skills
- 810 years of professional experience in Art Direction, Creative Design or Advertising.
- Strong experience in a creative/advertising agency environment.
- Excellent conceptual and visual thinking.
- Strong understanding of Art Direction and visual storytelling.
- Ability to convert ideas/briefs into creative concepts and final outputs.
- Strong understanding of:




- Layout & composition
- Typography
- Colour theory
- Photography
- Illustration
- Visual hierarchy
- Branding
- Digital & social media design
- Strong competitor and industry research skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to creative quality.
- Ability to maintain industry-standard design and advertising practices.

Software / Tools
- Solid proficiency in relevant creative tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- After Effects / Premiere Pro – added advantage
- Figma – added advantage
- AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, ChatGPT, Runway, etc. – highly desirable.
