Kinkob Kreations is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of premium hotel linen products across India. We specialize in a wide range of hotel bed linens and bath linens, serving hospitality clients nationwide.
To expand our business reach, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with solid product-selling expertise.
Position Details
- Experience Required: 3+ Years in Product Sales (B2B preferred)
- Education Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
- Salary Range: ₹2.16 – ₹3.36 LPA (Annually)
- Work Mode: Office + Field Work (B2B Sales)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Promote and sell hotel linen and mattress-related products to prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits and market research
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations with customers
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team to drive growth
- Follow up on leads, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product selling (B2B sales preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently in field sales
Additional Requirements
- Mandatory: Own personal bike for travel
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork and client meetings
- Passion for sales and business development
