About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to build and grow our premium merchendize segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, preferably with high-end, premium, luxury, lifestyle, entertainment or collectible brands, and the ability to develop both retail and channel sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth across retail, and channel partners.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, retailer and other channel networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through market research, networking and outbound sales.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with premium retailers, collectors, HNIs, lifestyle stores and relevant businesses.
- Identify and onboard suitable channel partners and resellers across India and international markets.
- Represent the brand at comic cons, exhibitions, film festivals, pop-culture events, trade shows and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute sales activations, exhibitions, product launches and branding activities.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure and relationship management.
- Track sales performance, market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to support brand positioning, product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain sales pipelines, prepare regular reports and achieve defined sales targets.

What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of proven sales experience with a demonstrated record of achieving targets.
- Experience handling premium, high-end or aspirational brands is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of channel sales, distribution and retail networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, networking and representing a brand at public events.
