Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can actively contribute to growing our business through lead generation, prospecting, outreach, and sales support.

This is a hands-on BD role for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, starting conversations, following up with prospects, and turning leads into meaningful business opportunities. You will work closely with the team across different offerings and customer segments, with a strong focus on generating and converting new business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research, LinkedIn, calls, email, and other channels.




- Manage outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and opportunities through the CRM.
- Develop and execute effective lead-generation and business development strategies.
- Attend physical meetings with prospects and clients when required, including regular travel within Bangalore.
- Work closely with the team to understand offerings, improve messaging, and move opportunities toward closure.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, marketing, or a related role.
- Extremely organized, consistent, and disciplined with follow-ups and maintaining CRM records.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak with prospects, decision-makers, and clients.
- Proactive and persistent: comfortable with outreach, rejection, repeated follow-ups, and pursuing opportunities until there is a clear outcome.
