We are looking for an experienced and highly organized
Senior Project Manager
to lead complex, cross-functional projects across our
Enterprise Billing
and revenue lifecycle solutions.

In this role, you will own projects end-to-end, from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and go-live, working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, a deep understanding of enterprise billing processes, and the ability to drive complex initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery and go-live.
- Own project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.




- Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear project plans and actionable deliverables.
- Drive projects related to enterprise billing, subscription management, invoicing, and quote-to-revenue processes.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to business requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Hands-on experience and solid understanding of enterprise billing processes and systems – a must.
