Dental Assistant – Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, sincere and well-trained Dental Assistant to join our clinic.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Positive knowledge of dental chairside assistance and basic dental procedures
- Should be able to assist the dentist during procedures
- Blood collection / phlebotomy skills are required
- Knowledge of sterilization, instrument handling and maintaining infection-control protocols
- Should be comfortable assisting in both dental and aesthetic procedures
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Punctual, responsible and willing to learn
- Must be comfortable working in a patient-focused clinic environment

Responsibilities:




- Chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Preparing and arranging instruments and materials
- Sterilization and maintaining hygiene standards
- Assisting with blood collection for PRP/GFC procedures
- Maintaining procedure rooms and equipment
- Preparing patients and assisting the doctor during treatments
- Maintaining basic clinical records and inventory

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
