Position Summary
- The Senior Manager Corporate Affairs (RERA) will be responsible for managing all activities related to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), including registration, documentation, filing, compliance management, application processing, and follow-ups for all projects under the Group.
- The role will ensure complete adherence to RERA norms across all Aspect Group real estate entities and projects, acting as the single point of contact between the Group and MahaRERA authorities. This position will also handle all renewal and extension activities,



while maintaining a robust governance framework around statutory submissions and documentation.

Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Key Responsbilities
- 1. RERA Registration & Compliance Management
- Manage the end-to-end registration process of all projects and entities under MahaRERA.
- Prepare and file all necessary documentation, affidavits, declarations, and project details as mandated by RERA.
- Ensure timely renewal and extension of existing registrations as per statutory timelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all registered projects, updates, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Projects, Finance, and Admin teams) to gather data and documentation for RERA applications.
