Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Trainee – R&D; to support research, product development, laboratory testing, process improvement, and documentation activities in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in laboratory experiments, trials, and chemical synthesis activities.
- Support development and optimization of new chemical products/processes.
- Conduct experiments as per approved SOPs and laboratory procedures.
- Perform sampling, testing, analysis, and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Assist R&D; team in pilot-scale and plant-scale trials.
- Prepare and maintain experimental reports, batch records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control,



and Process Engineering teams during trials.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and chemical handling procedures.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper housekeeping.
- Analyze experimental results and communicate observations to senior R&D; personnel.
- Support troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or relevant specialization.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Chemical R&D;/Laboratory/Process Development.
- Basic knowledge of chemical reactions, laboratory techniques, and analytical methods.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a chemical manufacturing plant environment.
- Solid learning ability and attention to detail.
