We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Vibe Coder) with 0-1 years of experience who is passionate about building scalable web applications and leveraging AI coding tools (such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude) to accelerate development. As part of our engineering team, you will blend hands-on coding with AI-guided iteration to build frontend interfaces, backend APIs, and automation workflows.
What you'll do
- Frontend Development: Develop responsive user interfaces, forms, and dashboards for document workflows using React.js / Next.js while ensuring clean UI/UX and usability.
- Backend Development: Build REST APIs in Python (FastAPI / Flask) to handle file processing (PDF, Word, Excel) and basic workflow logic.
- Document Automation & AI (Training Provided): Assist in data extraction, template generation, structured document outputs, and OpenAI API integration.
- Database Management:
Store and manage structured data using PostgreSQL or Firestore, writing clean queries and database updates.
- Vibe Coding & Prototyping: Leverage AI coding tools to rapidly prototype features, refactor code, and translate natural language requirements into functional code modules.
- Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work closely with senior developers and product teams, participate in code reviews, debug AI-generated outputs, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
What success looks like (KPIs)
- Velocity: High feature delivery speed utilizing AI coding assistance while keeping code functional and maintainable.
- Data Extraction Accuracy: High accuracy rate in document processing workflows (PDF/Excel/Word parsing).
- Code Reliability: Low defect density on deployed REST APIs and seamless integration with existing AI pipelines.
