Brand Manager – D2C & GrowthAbout Helios

Helios is India's leading shoe grooming and foot care brand, with a strong presence across traditional retail, e-commerce, quick commerce, and our own D2C platform. We're looking for a brand builder who can take Helios to the next level and create category dominance.

What You'll Do
- Drive the overall brand strategy and positioning of Helios.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, e-commerce, and quick commerce platforms.
- Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, Amazon, and marketplace ads.
- Own the complete 360° brand communication across online and offline channels.
- Develop creative strategies for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Oversee ad creatives, UGC content, social media content, and website communication.
- Manage and mentor graphic designers, content creators, and creative agencies.
- Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to drive brand growth.

Who We're Looking For




- 4–8 years of experience in Brand Management, D2C, or Consumer Marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, quick commerce, and digital marketing.
- Creative thinker with hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Someone who takes ownership, thinks differently, and is passionate about building brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
