Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Directly reporting to Director of Global Sales. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to create proposals, conducting market research to identify trends, and developing strategies to drive growth.



Additional tasks include negotiating contracts and preparing reports on business development activities.

Responsibilities

Gain an understanding of customers specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them

Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers systems and processes, and then documenting them

Promote Cloud, CRM, RPA solutions, Testing and value propositions to businesses across different verticals and industries

Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets

Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis

Build and maintain robust relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
