We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Executive who can identify high-quality lead sources, generate new opportunities, and bring consistent business to the company.The ideal candidate understands technology, communicates confidently, and can manage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals-for global markets including the Middle East, Europe, US, and APAC.

This role focuses entirely on lead generation, sales outreach, pitching, and deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Market Exploration
- Identify reliable and scalable lead-generation channels (LinkedIn, events, partnerships, outbound, platforms).
- Research current markets, industries, and buyer personas to discover where high-quality prospects exist.
- Build a predictable pipeline through structured outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Track competitor offerings and market trends to refine positioning.
- Sales & Deal Closure:



Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements at a technical and business level.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, SOWs, and estimations.
- Present solutions confidently to decision-makers and drive negotiation.
- Manage the entire sales process: Prospecting Qualifying Proposal Negotiation Closure.
- Maintain CRM discipline to track pipeline, activities, and forecasting.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development within IT/software services.
- Strong ability to independently generate leads and build new revenue channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of web, mobile, cloud, DevOps, and AI/ML service offerings.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Target-oriented mindset with strong accountability.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience selling to Middle East, European, and US clients.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales
