Job Description HR Executive (BPO)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the assigned BPO process/project.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and employee relations.
- Coordinate with Operations and other stakeholders to address employee concerns and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, attendance, leave, and other employee-related information.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and exits.
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions and engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor absenteeism, attrition, employee turnover, and other HR-related metrics.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team for manpower requirements and hiring coordination.




- Support bulk hiring drives during business requirements and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance validation, salary inputs, incentives, deductions, and other payroll-related requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution/escalation.
- Support performance management processes, employee feedback, and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS and periodic reports related to headcount, attrition, absenteeism, hiring, and employee movements.
- Assist in audits, documentation, and other HR projects as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the BPO/ITES industry.
