The Opportunity

At our scale, operational problems rarely exist within one team.

A process that works for five people may fail at fifty. A training gap in one team can become a performance issue across dozens of accounts. Capacity decisions made too late can affect client delivery.





The Senior Media Operations Manager will be responsible for solving these problems at a broader organizational level.

You will lead multiple media teams and managers while building the systems, standards, and processes that allow Advantage HQs Media Buying organization to scale.

What Youll Own Scale the Media Operations system

You will identify what is preventing the media organization from operating more efficiently and build systems to address those constraints.

This includes processes for account management, campaign execution, quality control, reporting, escalation, training, and performance management.

Lead multiple teams and managers

You will manage multiple teams through their respective leaders and establish transparent expectations for performance, quality, and leadership.

You will develop Managers and Team Leads rather than becoming the escalation point for every operational issue.
