Business Development Manager (SaaS) — Bangalore

Summary: This is a founding sales role for Society One, an AI-powered Society Management SaaS platform built by WEBSTEP Technologies Private Limited. As one of our first Business Development Managers, you'll be a true hunter — driving early market traction through daily field visits, direct society outreach, and face-to-face relationship building. Get in early, build with ownership, and grow into a leadership role as we scale city by city.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute daily field visits to identify and onboard housing societies/RWAs as early adopters
- Apply a hunter mindset to build a fresh pipeline in your city from scratch
- Consult with society management committees and residents' associations to understand pain points and position Society One as the solution
- Pitch the platform's value — visitor management, digital payments, facility booking, communication tools, and AI-driven automation
- Build and nurture relationships with committee members, facility managers, and developers
- Lead product demos and presentations tailore
