Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Italian Chef de Partie (CDP) to join a prestigious luxury residence in Colaba, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Italian cuisine and relevant experience with reputed luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants.

Candidate Requirements
- Solid experience in Italian cuisine with excellent culinary techniques.
- Candidates currently or previously working with:
- Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai
- The Oberoi, Mumbai
- Celini, Grand Hyatt Mumbai
- La Piazza, Hyatt Regency Delhi
- Other reputed restaurants or luxury hotels in Mumbai or Delhi
- Excellent knowledge of Italian ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Experience with fresh pasta, risotto, sauces, seafood, meat, and other Italian specialties.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, quality, and kitchen standards.
- Professional, disciplined, and well-groomed.




- Ability to work efficiently in a high-end private residence.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic, high-quality Italian dishes as required by the household.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Assist with daily food preparation and menu planning.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstation.
- Coordinate with the culinary and household team to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in 5-star luxury hotels and reputed Italian restaurants in Mumbai or Delhi will be strongly preferred.

Salary: As per experience and suitability
