About the Role:

We are looking for a highly accomplished Technical Program Manager with a strong engineering background who has evolved from hands-on development into program leadership. The ideal candidate should have started their career in Java/Open Source technologies and possess extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise software initiatives, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex enterprise programs from inception to successful delivery.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.
- Drive program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leaders on solutioning and modernization programs.
- Track program milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
- Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present program status, risks,



and mitigation plans to senior leadership and customers.

Required Skills:
- Strong technical foundation in Java/Open Source technologies.
- Prior experience as Developer, Technical Lead, Architect, or Engineering Lead before moving into Program Management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale software development and digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of:
- Java / J2EE
- Spring Boot
- Microservices
- Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- API-based architectures
- DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Solid communication and leadership capabilities.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:
- Product Engineering background.
- Experience with modernization, cloud migration, or platform transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
- PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certifications.
