About the Role

Sigma Process Controls is looking for an experienced, target-driven, and technically competent Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our industrial sales operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing new markets, acquiring key customers, building relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, dealers, and industrial end users, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably with knowledge of industrial pumps, submersible pumps, Roots blowers, ring/side channel blowers, ozonators, and water & wastewater treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and business development team.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.
- Train and mentor junior Sales Engineers, Sales Representatives, BDEs, and Sales Interns.




- Develop effective sales strategies for different products and market segments.

Business Development
- Generate new business from OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, dealers, and industrial end users.
- Identify new markets, industries, territories, and business opportunities.
- Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks.
- Build solid relationships with key decision-makers and major customers.
- Personally handle high-value and strategically important enquiries.
- Conduct technical and commercial discussions and support negotiations until order closure.

Technical & Product Sales

The candidate should have a strong understanding of:
- Industrial and Submersible Pumps
- Sewage and Dewatering Pumps
- Roots Blowers
- Ring / Side Channel Blowers
- Aeration Systems
- Ozonators
- STP, ETP, WTP and CETP applications
- Industrial process and wastewater treatment equipment
