Key Responsibilities
- Review project
BOQs, specifications, drawings, and lighting layouts
.
- Prepare accurate
estimates, quotations, and pricing sheets
.
- Coordinate with Project Sales Engineers and Sales Manager for project requirements.
- Maintain records of
enquiries, quotations, approvals, LPOs, and project status
.
- Review customer LPOs against quotations and BOQs.
- Coordinate with
Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance
teams.
- Follow up on quotations, approvals, material availability, and deliveries.
- Assist in resolving customer
technical and commercial queries
.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day project coordination.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of
lighting products, BOQs, specifications, and electrical drawings
.
- Good knowledge of
MS Excel
and estimation sheets.
- Good knowledge of
AutoCAD
.
- Knowledge of
DIALux
is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in




Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering
, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
in electrical/lighting estimation, project sales support, or sales coordination.
- Experience in
lighting/electrical trading or construction projects
will be an advantage.
