We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist who can turn brands, products, and business goals into content that people actually want to watch, share, and engage with.

You’ll work closely with our Creative, Video Production, and Digital Marketing teams to develop content strategies, concepts, campaigns, and storytelling ideas for our clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies based on the client's brand, target audience, and business objectives.
- Research brands, competitors, audience behaviour, and current content trends.
- Create content pillars, themes, campaigns, and monthly content plans.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for Reels, advertisements, brand films, social media content, and campaigns.
- Write or develop hooks, scripts, storylines, CTAs, and content briefs.
- Work with the video production team to convert concepts into engaging visual content.
- Ensure content has a clear purpose — Brand Awareness, Engagement, Lead Generation, or Sales.




- Understand different industries and adapt content tone according to the target audience.
- Analyse content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and data.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging content trends.
- Participate in client discussions and understand their brand positioning and requirements.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, editors, social media managers, and digital marketers.
