About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on expertise in scaling D2C and e-commerce brands through Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of performance marketing experience, preferably working with D2C fashion, apparel, lifestyle, accessories, footwear, beauty, or similar consumer brands.

This is a hands-on role. The candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, tracking, and scaling paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, customer acquisition, conversions, and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, manage, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of ₹5 Lakhs+ efficiently.
- Develop paid media strategies focused on sales, ROAS, CAC, CPA, and revenue growth.
- Create and manage campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, remarketing, and customer retention audiences.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, lookalike audience creation, and campaign segmentation.




- Continuously test ad creatives, hooks, offers, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets based on data and profitability.
- Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and remarketing campaigns where applicable.
- Work closely with the creative/content team to identify and develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, GA4, and related analytics.
- Analyse customer journeys, website behaviour, conversion rates, and campaign attribution.
- Prepare transparent weekly/monthly performance reports covering ad spend, revenue, ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, and other important KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
