Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all business functions.

• Successfully close mid, senior, and leadership-level positions within defined timelines.

• Manage, mentor, and drive the performance of the recruitment team.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct candidate screening, HR interviews, and salary negotiations.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure quality hiring.

• Track recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Joining Ratio.

• Build a strong talent pipeline and enhance employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

• Proven track record of closing quality positions across multiple functions.

• Experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.

• Solid expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and salary negotiation.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Experience in BFSI, Merchant Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services recruitment will be preferred.
