Job Summary

We are looking for a
Purchase Executive
with 2–3 years of experience in
purchase department who is willing to work on Real Estate domain
. A purchase executive in real estate

manages end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services

. They source reliable vendors, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure timely site deliveries while keeping project costs aligned with approved budgets

Key Responsibilities

Material Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Identify suppliers:
Find vendors for cement, steel, RMC, bricks, electrical, and plumbing goods.
- Collect quotes:
Request and review quotations from multiple suppliers.




- Make comparisons:
Build comparative statements for management approval.
- Maintain database:
Keep the approved vendor list updated.

Price Negotiation & Cost Control
- Negotiate terms:
Secure the best rates, payment schedules, and delivery times.
- Monitor budgets:
Keep project purchasing within approved financial limits.
- Track market trends:
Conduct market surveys to spot cost-saving opportunities.

Purchase Orders & Site Coordination
- Issue POs:
Create and release purchase orders via ERP systems.
- Coordinate logistics:
Work with site engineers to confirm exact material needs.
- Track shipments:
Follow up on pending orders to avoid project delays.

Quality Check & Documentation
- Verify goods:
Check received materials for correct quantity and quality standards.
- Resolve discrepancies:
Handle short-deliveries, rejections, or damaged goods.
- Support accounts:
Assist the finance team with invoice
