Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Operations Executive to support and build the company's end-to-end operational processes across warehouse, fulfilment, inventory, logistics, vendors, and day-to-day business operations.

This is not a routine operations role. We are looking for someone who has worked in a startup environment and has experience building processes from scratch,



taking ownership of execution, and solving operational challenges independently.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an evolving workplace where processes may not always be defined and will have the ability to create structure, implement SOPs, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Fulfilment Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and order fulfilment.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Help develop and implement SOPs for warehouse and fulfilment activities.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, order accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
