We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in marketing or business development, with strong communication skills and a professional presence. The role involves driving business growth, building client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities*

* Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking

* Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders

* Support and execute marketing strategies to promote products/services

* Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

* Prepare reports, proposals, and business documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills*





* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

* 3–4 years of relevant experience in marketing/business development

* Excellent communication skills in *English and Hindi* (both verbal and written)

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

* Presentable personality with a professional attitude

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Good understanding of market trends and customer needs

Additional Requirements*

* Candidate must be *Lucknow-based*

* Must have *own conveyance* for local travel

* Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
