Job Description

1. Business Review Coordination & Governance

a. Coordinate the review process across Group (BUs and functions)

i. Support preparation and consolidation of review materials for monthly reviews

ii. Track action items, commitments, and key observations arising from review meetings and ensure timely follow-up

iii. Coordinate with business and functional teams to collect relevant performance data, updates, and status reports

b. Support development, maintenance, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across businesses

c. Coordinate key governance forums, including BRC reviews and Key GCEO reviews

d. Consolidate budget, forecast, and performance updates received and monitor progress against agreed plans

2. Business Performance Reporting & Analysis Support

a. Compile and consolidate information on business performance, industry trends, and market developments for management reviews

b. Monitor key sector and market updates and circulate relevant insights to stakeholders

Support preparation of management presentations, review decks, dashboards, and performance reports

d. Assist in gathering data, benchmarking information, and inputs required for business reviews and special assignments

e. Support preparation of competitor tracking reports and maintenance of relevant databases and information repositories

3. Project Tracking & Management Support

a. Coordinate tracking and reporting of key business initiatives and cross-functional projects

b. Maintain project trackers, governance calendars, action logs, and status reports

c. Facilitate coordination among business, functional, and project teams for review of project status and deliverables

d. Support monitoring of projects sponsored by Group CEO's Office and senior leadership by ensuring timely reporting and follow-up on agreed actions
