Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in IT services and consulting projects.
- Develop and implement process improvements using CMMI, ISO standards, and other best practices.
- Provide training and coaching on quality management principles, processes, and tools to clients.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Solid knowledge of Agile Coaching, CMMI High Maturity, Development Methodologies (e.g., ITIL), Process Implementation (ISO Audit).
- Experience in conducting Quality Audits/Assessments using various frameworks such as SEPG.
