Your current role

As an Associate Multichannel Engagement Manager/Multichannel Engagement Manager you will drive the design and execution of integrated customer experiences that bridge digital and physical touchpoints. Working at the intersection of brand strategy, data science and AI innovation, you will turn insights into action and help scale how Novo Nordisk engages with healthcare professionals and patients across markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing integrated multichannel and omnichannel strategies across digital and physical channels
- Translating customer, HCP and market insights into audience, channel, content, sequencing, personalisation and journey strategies
- Partnering with brand teams to align engagement plans with brand strategy,



lifecycle priorities and commercial objectives
- Planning, scaling and optimising campaigns using data-driven measurement and learning
- Identifying, piloting and scaling AI use cases across content, segmentation, personalisation and campaign optimisation
- Monitoring customer and campaign performance and continuously improving channel mix, targeting, sequencing, content and experience
- Collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Analytics and Commercial Operations.
