Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and ensure excellent customer service in the retail store.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.
- Achieve sales targets and implement promotional strategies.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Train and supervise store staff to maintain service standards.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 4-10 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in toys or lifestyle products.
- Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
