Job Description:

We are looking for a young, dynamic and technically strong architect ready to go beyond the desk and experience the profession as it actually functions in client meetings, on site, and in the rooms where design decisions are actually made.

This is not a routine drafting role. You will work directly with the Principal Architect and senior architects, acting as the technical bridge between leadership and project teams observing, understanding, documenting and following up on everything from client requirements to site instructions to material selections.

Core responsibility: Observe Understand Document Communicate Follow Up

You'll regularly accompany senior leadership to client meetings, site visits, vendor and material selection discussions, and design reviews and ensure nothing key discussed outside the office gets lost before it reaches the project team.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal Architect in reviewing drawings, presentations and project documentation
- Accompany leadership to client meetings; record decisions,



commitments and action points
- Accompany senior architects on site visits; document observations, deviations and instructions against approved drawings
- Track material selections, finishes, specifications and vendor discussions
- Maintain an Action Pending / Decision Pending / Approval Pending tracker and follow up across teams
- Conduct preliminary quality checks on drawings before Principal-level review
- Coordinate with Architecture, Interior, Landscape, BIM and MEPF teams
- Prepare project briefs, meeting notes and daily/weekly priority lists for the Principal's office
- Maintain strict confidentiality of project and business information

Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.Arch / D.Arch with minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong command of architectural drawings, documentation and project coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Revit/SketchUp prefe
