Role & responsibilities

* Lead programme governance and performance oversight for Wind package activities.

* Monitor milestones, schedule forecasts, delivery risks and contractor performance.

* Review and challenge contractor execution, recovery and mitigation plans.

* Provide technical governance across WTG installation, BoP, civil, mechanical/electrical erection and logistics.

* Manage interfaces between WTG, grid, substations, SCADA, USS and common infrastructure.

* Coordinate with Solar, BESS, Transmission and Programme Controls teams.

* Review package risks covering schedule, quality, HSE and commissioning.

* Provide governance oversight for energization, commissioning, performance testing and HOTO.

* Lead stakeholder coordination with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, client and programme leadership.

* Prepare executive-level reporting on performance, risks, opportunities and recommendations.





Preferred candidate profile

* 15+ years experience in Wind / Power Generation / Renewable Energy / Large Infrastructure.

* Proven utility-scale wind project delivery experience from Engineering through Construction, Commissioning & Handover.

* Experience in PMO / Programme Management / PMC / Owner’s Engineer / EPC environments.

* Strong knowledge of WTG, BoP, electrical systems, substations, SCADA, grid integration and commissioning.

* Understanding of wind farm logistics, turbine erection, performance testing and operational readiness.

* Solid project controls, risk management, contract administration and governance skills.

* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to provide strategic technical recommendations.
