About the Role

Were hiring an ML Engineer to work on Speech & Vision systems, partnering directly with a frontier AI lab. Youll build multimodal models that see, hear,



and understand working on real perception and generation problems at the cutting edge of computer vision and speech AI.

What Youll Do
- Build and optimize computer vision models for detection, segmentation, and recognition tasks
- Develop speech pipelines spanning ASR (speech-to-text), TTS (text-to-speech), and speaker diarization
- Work on multimodal models that combine vision, audio, and text understanding
- Experiment with diffusion models and generative approaches for vision/audio tasks
- Optimize models for real-world latency, accuracy, and deployment constraints

What Were Looking For
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in computer vision, speech processing, or multimodal ML
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Familiarity with OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron2, Whisper, Kaldi, ESPnet, or similar tools
