Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring timely compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, MS Word, and MS Excel, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Transactions:

Manage all accounting transactions, including accurate data entry in Tally, ensuring no pending or suspense entries at month-end.
- Financial Statements:

Prepare budget forecasts, publish financial statements on time, and handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Account Reconciliation:

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely bank payments, and monitor expense reports.
- Tax Compliance:

Compute taxes and prepare data for tax return filing (Income Tax, PT, PF, ESIC, GST, and other applicable taxes) for submission to the Chartered Accountant.
- Financial Reporting:





Manage balance sheets and profit & loss statements, and verify invoices against purchase orders and price lists on a daily basis.
- Tally ERP 9 Operations:

Perform sales and purchase entries, and record bank, receipt, payment, contra, and journal entries in Tally ERP 9.
- Customer Communication:

Respond to customer emails and queries in a timely and qualified manner.
- Bank Reconciliation:

Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid accounting knowledge with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills

- Candidates based in Navi Mumbai or Thane, or willing to co
