Position Overview

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Manager - Technology Product Management / Portfolio Manager, ICC to lead portfolio planning, governance, prioritization, execution oversight, and value realization for technology initiatives delivered through the Innovation Capability Center (ICC).





The role will work closely with technology leaders, product owners, business stakeholders, finance partners, delivery teams, procurement, and vendor partners to ensure that the ICC portfolio is strategically aligned, transparently governed, financially disciplined, and driven by operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in portfolio management, program governance, executive communication, financial and resource planning, Agile delivery, and technology transformation, with the ability to connect strategy with execution across a complex global technology environment.
