- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Follow up with customers regarding curtains, blinds, wallpapers, and other interior décor products.
- Respond to enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and walk-ins.
- Explain product ranges, designs, materials, pricing, offers, and services to customers.
- Schedule showroom visits and appointments for measurements or site visits.
- Follow up on quotations and pending customer decisions to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales status.
- Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Contact existing customers for repeat business, referrals, and current product requirements.
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling, lead-generation, follow-up, and sales targets.
