Roles and Responsibility
- Lead fire protection projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fire protection industry.
- Solid leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- PMP certification is a plus.
