Shape how organisations interact with the Conduct platform by designing intuitive, accessible, and elegant user experiences across web and mobile.

Conduct is transforming workplace governance through technology. As our Product Designer, you will shape how organisations interact with our platform by designing experiences that simplify reporting, investigations, learning, analytics, and governance. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and domain experts to create intuitive, accessible, and elegant user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design user experiences across web and mobile products
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Improve onboarding flows and overall product usability
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system
- Collaborate closely with Engineering during implementation
- Continuously improve the product using customer feedback and analytics
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience designing digital products




- Experience working on SaaS products, enterprise software, workflow applications, or B2B platforms
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end to end product thinking
- Expertise in Figma and up-to-date design tools
- A passion for simplifying complex business workflows through thoughtful design
