Role Overview

The product management team at Arthashastra Intelligence Databases Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Associate Product Manager to drive the SaaS product growth.

A successful Product Manager must have exceptional skills in generating user insights and research, data skills, strong analytical abilities, relationship-building and communication skills across cross-functional teams,



an ability to work under tight deadlines, a track record of delivering results, and be an independent self-starter.
Responsibilities
- This position requires full time in-office presence 5 days per week at our Hyderabad office.
- Own the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) area - from discovery to launch and beyond
- Help Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics that align with company objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to ship impactful solutions
- Dive into market trends and competitor research to uncover insights that shape product direction.
- Contribute to product planning, strategy, and validating new feature ideas.
- Work with teams to turn business needs into clear user stories and requirements.
- Support data analysis, run A/B tests, and map user flows to create smoother experiences.
