Role Description
This is a full-time, in office HR Recruiter role based in Gurugram. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely communication with applicants.



The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with business teams to understand hiring needs, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and providing recruitment-related reports and analytics.
