Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Technician – Laptop Sales who has a good understanding of laptops, computer hardware, and technology products along with strong sales and customer-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable laptops, explaining technical specifications, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their laptop requirements and budget.
- Recommend suitable laptop models based on customer needs, usage, specifications, and budget.
- Explain laptop specifications such as processor, RAM, storage, graphics, display, battery, and operating system.
- Demonstrate laptop features and functionality to customers.
- Handle customer queries related to laptops, accessories, warranty, and basic technical issues.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through calls, references, online enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Promote laptops, accessories,



extended warranty, and other related products.
- Maintain updated knowledge of new laptop models, brands, specifications, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team for installation, configuration, or after-sales support when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, sales, follow-ups, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the store/operations team regarding stock availability and billing.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
