About The Role
SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration (Multi-Country Rollout)
We are seeking an experienced
SAP FICO Data Migration Consultant
to lead the Finance and Controlling (FICO) data migration workstream for a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role involves end-to-end ownership of financial data migration activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, reconciliation, and successful cutover across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP FICO, deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance innovations, and hands-on experience with SAP data migration tools such as LTMC, LTMOM, BODS, and Databricks.

Must-Have Skills

SAP Functional Expertise
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience.
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- At least 2 dedicated SAP data migration projects.
- Strong expertise in:
- Financial Accounting (FI)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)




- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Controlling (CO)
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders

SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Expertise
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
- Robust understanding of:
- Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
- Customer Vendor Integration (CVI)
- Business Partner Conversion
- New Asset Accounting
- Expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC).
- Experience with LTMOM (Migration Object Modeler).
- Experience in SAP Data Services (BODS) and/or LSMW.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).

Data Migration & Reconciliation
- Experience migrating:
