About Us:

Adceptive Media is a performance marketing company running our own affiliate and pay-per-call campaigns across Leadgen, E-Commerce, and Affiliate verticals. We don't manage ad accounts on behalf of clients; we buy media directly and get paid on performance (leads, calls, sales). That means every campaign decision here has a direct P&L; impact, and you'll see the results in real time, not in a client report.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network) to drive leads and calls across our active verticals
- Build and test audiences — interest/behavior targeting, lookalikes to find what scales profitably, not just what performs on paper
- Own your numbers: CPL, CPA, CPM, and ROAS are the scoreboard. You'll optimize toward margin, not just platform metrics
- Work with our creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives and copy that actually convert
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences,



and placements and kill what doesn't work rapid
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking via Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Events Manager, and make sure conversion data lines up with what we see in RedTrack/Ringba
- Keep up with Meta policy, algorithm, and iOS/privacy changes that affect how we target and track
- Report on campaign performance with insights that lead to a next action, not just a metrics dump

Who We're Looking For:-
- Fresher with hands-on exposure to Meta Ads through a course, certification (Meta Blueprint or equivalent), or academic project
- Comfortable with performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, ROAS, Relevance/Quality Ranking
- Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events Manager, and Business Manager
- A genuine interest in performance/affiliate marketing — this isn't brand marketing; it's direct-response, budget-accountable work
- Sharp with numbers, comfor
