Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) for hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity, and other investment vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements for fund accounting.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns for partnerships and corporations.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in fund accounting or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of NAV calculation principles and practices.
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial statements under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with alternative investments such as hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity.
