Role Description
The Implementation Consultant role at Aquera is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru.



This role is responsible for leading and executing software and project implementations of the Aquera platform for customers, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live. The Implementation Consultant collaborates closely with client stakeholders to understand business processes, translate needs into technical solutions, and ensure smooth integration with HR, identity, ITSM, and business applications. Day-to-day activities include conducting discovery workshops, preparing implementation plans, configuring integrations, troubleshooting issues, documenting solutions, and providing post-implementation support and user training. The role also involves partnering with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, improve implementation best practices, and contribute to continuous enhancement of Aquera’s services.
