Technical Lead - Aviation Maintenance & Operations (Ex-Servicemen)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly disciplined JCO/NCO retired from the Indian Air
Force (Engine Fitter), Air Engineer trade (Navy), HMT/M.Tech (Army-EME) with 15+ years of service. This role demands a veteran who combines hands-on UAV engine expertise with rigorous "Service-standard" administrative precision.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & UAV Ops: Manage UAV engines (AVCAT-based) and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).

Execute maintenance philosophy through meticulous tracking of scheduled and unscheduled tasks.

Record Keeping (Priority): Maintain flawless digital and physical logbooks for all assets.

Ensure 100% documentation accuracy.

Office Administration: High-level proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) for inventory management,



fuel/oil (POL) tracking, and formal reporting.

Logistics & Stores: Oversee store inventory and fuel management with strict military-grade accountability.

Work Location & Travel

Location: Kurnool,AP.

Training Phase: Initial system training will be conducted at Kurnool/Hyderabad.
Travel: This role involves significant travel pan India.

Candidate Profile:
Experience: 15+ years in Veteran (Technical/Engine trades).
Skills: Solid computer literacy and a "Mission First" mindset.
Language: Proficiency in Telugu is preferred for local coordination.
Employment: Full-Time.
