Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Consolidated Pay)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager to lead and manage the accounts function across multiple branches and group entities. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, reconciliations, cash-flow management and team leadership, with hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the accounts team across multiple branches and group entities.
- Prepare and present BRS, MIS reports and monthly financial statements to management.
- Prepare,



review and analyze Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets and other financial reports.
- Ensure timely filing of GST Returns, TDS Returns and Income Tax Returns.
- Oversee implementation of accounting controls, internal policies and procedures.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding collections and ensure timely realization.
- Coordinate with the accounts team and interrelated departments to ensure smooth operations and timely closure.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Ensure compliance with E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills and other statutory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, bank entries, bank reconciliation and vendor payments.
- Support audits and ensure timely submission of required financial documents.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best accounting practices.
