Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to handle the complete recruitment process and hire suitable candidates for various positions at 60/40 Interior Studio.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Handle job postings and candidate databases
- Maintain recruitment reports and records

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR recruitment experience
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and hiring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies independently

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
