About the Role

Sastasundars JITO Division is looking for an Associate Manager to drive marketing, sales promotion, and branding for its Medical Device/ Clinical product category. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end promotional strategy for JITOs healthcare devices and equipment range.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing & sales promotional activities for JITO clinical products (thermometers, hot water bags, diabetic (glucose) machines, BP monitors, surgical products, etc.)

Develop and manage branding initiatives to strengthen JITOs market presence in the healthcare device segment

Conceptualize and produce promotional content, including podcasts, for product awareness and engagement

Drive sales promotion campaigns across online and offline channels to boost category revenue

Coordinate with sales, design,



and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Track campaign performance and provide insights/reports to management

Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the clinical/medical device space

Support recent product launches with go-to-market and promotional plans

Requirements

4-5 years of experience in marketing/brand promotion, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or FMCG/consumer durables

Strong understanding of sales promotion strategies and branding fundamentals

Experience creating promotional content (podcast/video/digital) preferred

Good communication, coordination, and project management skills

Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata
